The Art of Living

The Art of Living came into existence the end of 2010, when Chrishonda Burgess decided to make her childhood dream a reality. After many years of being a foster parent and working with both kids & adults with special needs, Chrishonda and her husband Damon Burgess decided they wanted to devote their lives serving individuals with special needs. They feel their ability to understand their individuals and their family's needs are because of being raised to respect, accept, and love all people regardless of their difference. Mrs. Burgess is often reminded by family & friend of her devotion to this population in high school as well. As they venture out on this journey, we knew the only way for it to be a success was to allow God to order our steps! Working with this population has been one of the most rewarding experience ever. Each day brings added laughter, new obstacles, life changes, but most importantly a daily chance to make a difference. They pride themselves in not only being the youngest provides in the state of GA, but an agency that's definitely bridging the gap and providing individuals with a quality lifestyle. As they continue to grow, they would like to share accomplishments and special moments with you!!!

Our Vision
